Booking notes and terms:

1. International Delegates

   Delegates are considered international if the majority of their professional duties are carried out outside the United Kingdom.

2. Promotional Options

   International delegates may choose either a promotional cash-back redemption or discounted hotel accommodation. Both options cannot be selected.

3. Hotel Services

   For any additional services or issues with your room upon arrival, please contact your hotel directly.

4. Promotional Redemption

   Cash-back or promotional redemptions will be emailed approximately three working days before the conference.

5. Event Access Links

   For online participation, sign-in and access links will be sent 1–2 weeks prior to the event.

6. Refund Policy

   • Course fees are refundable up to seven working days before the conference.

   • Some ticketing or credit card transaction fees may apply.

   • Refund requests received after this period incur a 50% charge; funds will be issued as a voucher for future Doctorology courses.

   • Guest room bookings are strictly non-refundable.

7. Travel and Visa

   Flight and visa arrangements should be made as early as possible. Doctorology is not responsible for costs from flight cancellations, accommodation, or other expenses in the event of venue or schedule changes. The agenda is subject to change.

8. Certificates of Attendance

   Certificates will be issued after the event. Processing may take 2–3 weeks.
