Booking notes and terms (please read carefully):

  1. International delegates are considered to be attendees who are working the majority of their professional duties outside of the United Kingdom.

  2. RCGP accommodation is very limited. Rooms are for international attendees only (at heavily discounted rates) unless otherwise stated.

  3. For further information about guest rooms please see below:

    • RCGP Accommodation (En-suite walk-in showers, Underfloor heating, Private safe, Air-conditioning, 32" Flat screen TV with Freeview channel selection, Complimentary toiletries, Complimentary refreshments and in-house water, Complimentary super-fast Wi-Fi, Access to members lounge and business centre facilities, Access to fully equipped gym). Check-in is between 3-11pm and check-out is before 10am. Breakfast is included and served 7am-9am on weekends and 8-10am on weekdays.

  4. If you have opted for a double occupancy room, be aware that twin beds are not available but a foldaway bed can be provided with an extra surcharge (please email to check for availability). Most RCGP single occupancy rooms are double beds, but you may receive a single bed depending on availability.

  5. In exceptional circumstances, accommodation may be switched to a nearby hotel venue, as per our terms and conditions. Rest assured, you will be provided with an equivalent or higher standard room if this occurs.

  6. Hotels.com vouchers will be sent via email around 1 week prior to start of the conference - the vouchers are non-refundable.

  7. Course fee refunds are possible up to seven working days before the conference starts. Please be aware that some ticketing or credit card transaction fees may apply for refunds, which is beyond our control. Late refund requests will incur a 50% charge, and funds will be offered as a voucher for future Doctorology courses. Guest room bookings are strictly non-refundable.

  8. Flight and visa applications (if required) should be made as early as possible. We are not responsible for any flight cancellation fees, accommodation or other costs in the event of any cancellation or change of venue/schedule. Our agenda is subject to change.

  9. If you require additional services or have any issues with your room on arrival please kindly liaise with your hotel directly. If you require extra nights with your hotel, note that it is not possible to link bookings together, so please coordinate with the reception upon check-in.

  10. Certificates of attendance will be sent to you after the event's conclusion. Processing may take 2-3 weeks.
